** 'Fresh Pastures' is currently drying and will be posted out by the end of the week commencing 18th November. **

This original limited edition linocut print 'Fresh Pastures' is printed with Cranfield Ink onto white 145gsm Liber Charta printing paper.  The artwork measures 30cm x 30cm (12") and comes finished with a smooth white mount measuring 45cm x 45cm (18"). Please note there is no frame option with this print, but 18" frames are available to purchase in places such as Amazon.

Each piece of original artwork comes signed by the artist with its own edition number written next to the title of the artwork. This print is a limited edition of 50.

This artwork was created using the Reduction Linocut method. This is a method of block printing in which each layer of colour is very carefully cut into the same piece of lino. More lino is removed for each layer and each colour is printed on top of the last. This means that an entire edition must be printed in one go – once you have carved into the block for the next layer, you can’t go back to print more! 'Fresh Pastures' has 9 layers.

Due to this unique hand printing process, and especially where there are more than a few layers, each edition will vary very slightly. Therefore I am grading ‘Fresh Pastures’ into three categories:

A - Best (please be aware that this is still handprinted and will have a handprinted feel)

B - A few minor print inconsistencies (these are often very minor and probably only noticed by me!)

C -  More noticeable print inconsistencies but still very lovely (I wouldn't sell any I wasn't happy with)

These are just example images. I would suggest emailing me if you interested in buying B or C so that I can send you an image of the discrepancies. I have only a few B's And C's so if you would like one of these - grab them quick!

The artwork will be posted to you flat and beautifully presented in a very secure strong box so it reaches you in perfect condition.

About the Artist

I am an artist based in the beautiful Norfolk countryside. I live with my ever supportive husband, two gorgeous children and Waffles the dog. We are at our happiest wandering the countryside or playing at one of the many beautiful beaches. My absolute joy (other than spending time with my family) is drawing. I can spend all my spare time finding patterns and shapes in the environment around me.

I started creating linocut prints whilst at school and I’ve never stopped. I'm in my happy place when I'm cutting lino. I love the challenge of reduction prints and it gives me immense satisfaction seeing the image slowly emerge with each colour being printed.

I love my job and feel very grateful I get to do this every day. Thank you to everyone that supports me carry on with this creative journey. You are all brilliant!
